Do I need to setup my Gardyn immediately after I receive it? Can I order it now as a gift for the holidays?
The Gardyn device does not need to be set up immediately – the plant yCubes that come with your Starter Set can last several months when stored properly. For optimal germination, it is ideal to set up your Gardyn within 90 days of receipt and to keep the device and contents in their shipping box in a cool, dry place in your home.
What is your holiday return policy?
From 11/03/2025 – 12/31/2025, Gardyn is extending our standard 60-day return policy. Starting on 11/03/2025, you have 60-days from the day you connect your device or until 2/28/2026 (whichever date is earlier) to return your Gardyn Device in its original condition in the original box. We understand that gifting happens at different times throughout the holiday season so we want to provide flexibility so you can buy now and gift later! What is the last day I can order Gardyn to receive it by Christmas?
Depending on your delivery location, the final days to order for guaranteed Christmas delivery are December 16th through 20th. However, inventory is limited so we recommend ordering as early as possible!
Do you ship outside of the United States?
At this time we only ship to the continental US, Hawaii and Alaska.
Yes! Most of our varieties are safe for pets, however it is important to note that some Gardyn plants should not be eaten by pets, including but not limited to, Mint, Rosemary, Cherry Tomato and Pepper leaves.
If you have a curious pet and are concerned about them snacking on your Gardyn, we recommend reviewing the ASPCA Toxic and Non-toxic Plants List, and placing any plants with potential negative effects at the top of your Gardyn
Can I grow my own seeds? Can I grow more than what you offer?
Yes! If you’re looking to experiment, you can purchase your own seeds to grow your own varieties. We offer seedless yCubes so you can experiment with ease.
