MARKETING & SALES COORDINATOR
The Marketing & Sales Coordinator is a “hands-on” position that reports to the Community Manager. You will be part of the marketing team and be responsible to accompany our customers in their journey, by fostering their engagement and managing any inquiries they may have along the way. You will be interacting with customers through email and social media. To do well in this role you need excellent communication skills, to be dynamic and responsive.
CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST
We are looking for Customer Experience Specialists with a horticultural background, who are passionate about providing the highest level of customer support and are dedicated to ensuring our Gardyners a customer experience as magical as growing their own quality food at home, gaining awareness about what they eat and discovering new tastes along the way.
CUSTOMER ANALYTICS SPECIALIST
Through detailed data analytics, ensure customers experience a cohesive journey from pre to post-sale. Continually enhance customer delight through data analysis of customer behavior, communication touch points, and cross-functional internal feedback.
PLANT DEVELOPMENT MONITOR
You will be responsible for checking both device functionality and healthy plant development. You will be using our software to flag concerns, verify milestones are met and decipher trends to help make further improvements to the growth process and customer experience. You will also be asked to work with the rest of the team to help troubleshoot any issues faced by our customers and to participate in overall community engagement efforts.
HARDWARE PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER
Design and develop Gardyn’s hardware products, including the improvement of the existing devices, the development and industrialization of new accessories and new models based on customer feedback, market analysis, and maintenance needs. Ensure deep consistency with the customers’ digital experience.
MARKETING MANAGER - CUSTOMER ANALYTICS
Ensuring customers experience a cohesive journey from pre to post-sale. Work cross-functionally to continually enhance customer experience through data analysis of the customer journey, communication touch points, and internal feedback.
SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER - ACQUISITION
Drive rapid new customer growth (10X) by scaling digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels as further diversifying our digital ecosystem. Manage the strategy, performance, optimization and seek out the trends and opportunities we’re missing
