At this time, Gardyn does not offer custom packaging as part of its corporate gifting program. However, you can add a custom gift message with your order so that the recipient feels how special they are. Each Gardyn system is thoughtfully packaged with your gift message to ensure a premium unboxing experience and arrives ready to impress your recipients.
What types of plants can recipients grow with Gardyn, and how easy is it to maintain?
Recipients can choose from over 100 varieties of non-GMO, pesticide-free greens, herbs, vegetables, fruits, and flowers. The system is fully automated, with smart sensors, automated watering, and kelby-based guidance, so no gardening experience is required. Recipients simply plug in the device, add water, and enjoy fresh harvests year-round with minimal effort.
Can I customize the starter set or pick my own plant?
Every device comes with a free set of pre-packaged plants. You can choose an assortment of plants from our selection. For smaller orders, the recipient will be able to order up to 10 plants for free after receiving the Gardyn Home, or up to 5 plants for free after receiving the Gardyn Studio. Simply they can activate their free trial of Kelby AI subscription and order plants to customize their first harvest. For large orders, our sales team can work with you to explore other available options.
Can my employees return it?
Your employees can exchange their device if there is any issue which is covered by the 2-year warranty. However, since it was not paid by the recipient they won’t be able to return it to get a refund. Any refund request of the original order before shipment needs to be requested by the purchaser and will be refunded to the purchaser in the original form of payment.
Can you ship it to multiple locations for free?
Yes, we can ship to multiple locations within the USA for free. However, we don’t ship outside of the Continental USA yet.
Can we try before we buy?
For large corporate events and giveaways, our sales team can work with you to see how best we can have you experience Gardyn in real life.
Is it taxable?
If your organization is non-profit, there is no tax. Otherwise sales tax will be added.
Do you take purchase orders?
We have various ways to accept your payment. Corporate purchasing cards are the most popular. We also take Purchase Orders from registered organizational entities. If you have specific questions about another form of payment, please contact our sales team at [email protected].
