At this time, Gardyn does not offer custom packaging as part of its corporate gifting program. However, you can add a custom gift message with your order so that the recipient feels how special they are. Each Gardyn system is thoughtfully packaged with your gift message to ensure a premium unboxing experience and arrives ready to impress your recipients. 

Recipients can choose from over 100 varieties of non-GMO, pesticide-free greens, herbs, vegetables, fruits, and flowers. The system is fully automated, with smart sensors, automated watering, and kelby-based guidance, so no gardening experience is required. Recipients simply plug in the device, add water, and enjoy fresh harvests year-round with minimal effort.

Our Starter Kits are pre-packaged and come with a diverse assortment of plants designed to offer you a positive and well-rounded gardening experience at the beginning of your Gardyn journey. While these Starter Sets are not customizable, you can order different plants in the app at anytime!

Since the device was not paid for by the recipient they won’t be able to return it to get a refund, however, should your employees need any assistance, all devices are covered under our 2-year warranty. Any refund request of the original order before shipment needs to be requested by the purchaser and will be refunded to the purchaser in the original form of payment.

Yes, we can ship to multiple locations within the USA and orders over $49 ship for free. However, we don’t ship outside of the Continental USA yet.

For large corporate events and giveaways, our sales team can work with you to see how best we can have you experience Gardyn in real life.

If your organization is non-profit, there is no tax. Otherwise sales tax will be added.
