Gardyn Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions for Exclusive Referral Promotion 9/15/2023 – 10/16/2023:

*Offer valid 9/15/2023 – 10/16/2023. A Gardyn user whose Referral Code has been used to purchase a Gardyn Home Kit 3.0 on the Gardyn website between 9/15/2023 and 10/16/2023 (Qualifying Purchase) will be granted an Accessory Coupon, the value of which is mentioned above in this email.  The Accessory Coupon will be granted within 10 days after the Qualifying Purchase. Referral Codes used for purchases within the 30 days prior to 9/15/2013 are not eligible. Any Referral Code posted to a message or coupon board will be disqualified. Accessory Coupon will be voided if the purchase is returned within 60 days post purchase. The Accessory Coupon can be used to buy Gardyn accessories only  by 12/31/2023 and cannot be applied to any other products like Gardyn Home Kits or memberships. Accessory Coupons have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold. A maximum of 2 Accessory Coupons can be awarded to a same Gardyn user as part of this promotion. Gardyn maintains the right to change these terms and disqualify any Accessory Coupon or Referral Code at any time for any reason at its own discretion and without prior notice.

The Gardyn Referral Program (“The Program”) allows owners of Gardyns (“Gardyners”) to earn free rewards by referring friends to buy a Gardyn.

To participate, Gardyners must agree to these terms, which become part of the Gardyn Terms of Service. Capitalized terms that are not defined here will have the same meaning given to them in the Gardyn Terms of Service.

How to Earn Free Rewards Through Referral Program

Gardyners can earn free rewards if: (i) a referred friend purchases a Gardyn by clicking on the referral link or adding the referral code to complete the purchase on Gardyn’s website; and (ii) the referred friend does not return their Gardyn Home device within the return period defined in Gardyn’s return policy. This case is referred to as a successful referral.

For every successful referral, the referring Member will be credited with a reward as indicated in the promotion. The reward will be delivered to the referring Member 10 days after a successful referral, either via email or within the Gardyn app,  but its validity is subject to the related Gardyn not being returned within the return period. In case the referred friend returns their Gardyn, the related credit will be voided.

The maximum number of rewards that can be earned per Gardyner is 6. The reward may change depending on the promotion or at any time based on the sole discretion of Gardyn, which may also change the number of rewards a Gardyner can accrue. 

In order to redeem rewards within the Gardyn mobile application, you must have a valid credit card on file with your Gardyn account. Adding a credit card to your account enables auto-renewal of your membership, which you may cancel at any time.

If for any reason you believe that there is a discrepancy regarding your accrued rewards, please contact us at support@mygardyn.com. Gardyn may require you to submit additional information in order to make a determination regarding your balance. All decisions regarding your balance will be final and at Gardyn’s sole discretion.

You are responsible for any Tax consequences, if any, that may result from your redemption or use of your reward. 

Sharing Referral Links and Coupons

Referrals should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. Referral links should not be published or distributed on commercial websites (such as coupon websites). Gardyners are prohibited from “spamming” anyone with referral invitations. This includes mass emailing, texting, or messaging people you do not know or using automated systems or bots through any channel to distribute your referral link. Gardyners are prohibited from paying to advertise their referral links.

Referred Friends

Referred friends who are using a valid referral link will receive a credit in the form of a coupon or coupons in the amount(s) indicated in the referral invitation or accompanying promotional materials. Coupon codes that are not automatically applied must be entered during checkout. Coupon codes may not be transferred to another person, exchanged for cash, or combined with other Gardyn referral programs or incentives. Each coupon code may only be used on www.mygardyn.com in conjunction with the booking of a single eligible Gardyn Home device that meets the minimum total value (excluding taxes) indicated in the referral invitation, accompanying promotional materials, Gardyn website, or Gardyn mobile application.

Coupon codes expire at the latest one year after they have been issued. Gardyn reserves the right at its sole discretion and without prior notice to change the credits attached to coupons or cancel coupons altogether. No damage or reimbursement or exchange or compensation can be claimed by the referring Gardyners or referred friends.

Gardyn reserves the right to any remedy, including cancellation of your coupons and related credits, if fraud, tampering, violations of these terms or Gardyn’s Terms of Service or Payments Terms of Service, or technical errors are suspected. Void where prohibited. If your purchase later qualifies for a refund, the maximum refund you may receive is the amount you actually paid.

Multiple Referrals

A referred friend may only use one referral link. The Program may not be combined with other Gardyn referral programs, incentives, or promotions. If a referred friend receives referral links from multiple Gardyn referral programs, only one referral can be applied for a given purchase, voiding all the other referrals.

Severability

If any provision in these terms are held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void, or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Termination and Changes

Gardyn may suspend or terminate the Referral Program or a user’s ability to participate in it at any time for any reason.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove rewards if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the Gardyn Terms of Service. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.

The scope, variety, and type of services and products that you may obtain by redeeming free month(s) of membership can change at any time.

Updates to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. Any changes will be noted by, at minimum, posting the updated Terms (as indicated by a revised “Last Updated” date at the top of this page) on the mygardyn.com website. Modifications will be effective on the date that they are posted to the Gardyn website. It’s important that you review the Terms whenever we update them before you use the Program. If you continue to use the Program after we have posted updated Terms, you are agreeing to be bound by the updated Terms.
