Terms & Conditions

Valid on Gardyn Home 4 and Gardyn Studio 2 purchases made on mygardyn.com from November 1 to December 31, 2026.

If you buy a Gardyn Home 4 or Gardyn Studio 2 on mygardyn.com between November 1 and December 31, 2026, and, after your purchase, find a lower advertised price for the same new device on mygardyn.com or sold by Gardyn on Amazon.com before December 31, 2026, we'll match it: we'll send you a Gardyn gift card for the difference. The difference will not be refunded to your original payment method.
How it works
  1. Buy your Gardyn Home 4 or Studio 2 on mygardyn.com between November 1 and December 31, 2026.
  2. If you find a lower price after your purchase, contact our Customer Service team at support@mygardyn.com by December 31, 2026, with your order number and a link to, or a dated screenshot of, the lower price.
  3. We check the price. Once confirmed, we'll email you a Gardyn gift card for the difference within 10 business days. You can use it on mygardyn.com through June 30, 2027.
What qualifies
  • The lower price is for the same device: the same model (Home 4 or Studio 2) and the same color, sold new.
  • Your own device doesn't need to be unopened. It's fine if you've already set it up and started growing. We may also cover this in the case where a device has been gifted.
  • Devices only. Accessories, plants, Memberships and gift cards are excluded.
  • The lower price is on mygardyn.com or sold by Gardyn on Amazon.com, and the device is in stock and available to buy in the U.S. when we check.
  • We compare the device price after discounts anyone can get, before tax and shipping.
If our price drops

If Gardyn lowers the price of a device you bought between November 1 and December 31, 2026, we'll email you the difference as a gift card, as described in these terms. For example, you buy at 10% off and the price drops further, or you buy a Limited Edition color and it goes on sale later in this window. Contact Customer Service by December 31, 2026.
What doesn't qualify
  • Other retailers, third-party sellers on Amazon, auctions and individual resellers (e.g. eBay, Facebook Marketplace, etc.).
  • Used, refurbished, open-box or Certified Used devices.
  • Bundles, or offers that include extra items, gift cards or gifts with purchase.
  • Prices that need a personal or one-time code (for example, customer support coupon codes etc.).
  • Price errors.
  • Orders placed outside mygardyn.com.
Limits
  • One price match per device purchased.
  • If you return the device after we issue the price match gift card, the gift card amount will be deducted from your refund, or the unused gift card will be cancelled.
  • Gardyn has the right to decide whether a claim qualifies for a price match, and may change or end this program at any time without notice.
