How it works
Share your unique referral code with a friend between now and the end of March. When they complete a qualifying purchase on a Gardyn device using your code during the month of March, you’ll automatically receive one entry into the drawing. All users eligible for no more than one entry.

OFFICIAL RULES — GARDYN EARTH MONTH REFERRAL CHALLENGE No Purchase or Referral Necessary to Enter or Win
1. PROMOTION OVERVIEW
The Gardyn Earth Month Referral Challenge (“Promotion”) is a sweepstakes open to eligible participants during the Entry Period defined below. Making a referral is not required to enter or win. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules.
2. SPONSOR
Gardyn, Inc., 8120 Woodmont Ave, Ste 640, Bethesda, MD, 20814 (“Sponsor”).
3. ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry and verified Gardyn device owners. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families or persons living in the same households are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
4. ENTRY PERIOD
The Promotion begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on [February 27, 2026] and ends at 11:59 PM ET on [March 31, 2026] (“Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.
5. HOW TO ENTER
Method 1 — Referral Entry: During the Entry Period, log into your Gardyn account and share your unique referral code with a friend. When that friend completes a qualifying purchase using your code, you will receive one (1) entry into the drawing. Limit one (1) entry per person via referral, regardless of the number of successful referrals made during the Entry Period.
Method 2 — Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without making a referral, submit the email address associated with your Gardyn customer account at this URL: https://gardyn.myklpages.com/l/RaG9JH.
Limit one (1) entry per person total, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries from the same person will be void.
6. DRAWING
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Drawing will take place on or about [April 8, 2026]. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. ****Drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative.
7. PRIZE

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION
Potential winner will be notified by email at the address associated with their entry within five (5) business days of the drawing. Potential winner must respond to the notification within five (5) business days of notification or an alternate winner may be selected. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to respond in the required time, or fails to return required documentation, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
The confirmed winner will receive their promotional code by email within five (5) business days of winner confirmation.
9. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
By entering, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries; technical failures of any kind; or events beyond Sponsor’s control.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
10. PRIVACY
Information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available to review here.
11. WINNERS LIST

12. GOVERNING LAW
This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflicts of law principles. All disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
