Shipping times depend on your location. Most shipments in the contiguous United States arrive in less than 5 business days but may take longer for some regions and delays due to weather conditions or other carrier delays. If you ordered multiple items, like accessories, some may arrive sooner than the others. If you have any questions about your order, please chat here with our Customer Success team.

• Gardyn Studio members receive 5 free plant credits per month. Add an optional membership after selecting your starter set. When you set up your Gardyn, sign up for a 30 Day Membership Free Trial in the app to select your plants.
• Individual plants can be purchased from $1.99 (for members) or from $4.99 (for non-members).

Our plant starter sets are pre-packaged to offer you a positive and well-rounded gardening experience to begin your Gardyn journey.

While the starter sets are not customizable, you can order over 100 different varieties of plants in the Gardyn App so that you can customize your Gardyn.

Yes! If you’re looking to experiment, you can purchase your own seeds to grow your own varieties. We offer seedless yCubes so you can experiment with ease.

Not to worry! If any yCubes do not germinate after 28 days, please contact our support team.

Membership is not required to grow with Gardyn. All Gardyners have access and control of their Gardyn device through the App.

Membership benefits

After setting up your Gardyn Studio in the app, you can start a 30-day free trial of our monthly membership. You’ll get 5 free plant yCube credits and immediate access to all membership perks.

At the end of the 30 day trial, your membership will auto-renew for a monthly fee. If you wish to cancel your auto-renewal, you can at any time in the app.

Yes! Individual plants can be purchased a la carte in the Gardyn app starting at $4.99.
