How to Order yCubes and Purchase Membership Through the Gardyn App

Grow What You Love. Order Your yCubes Through the Gardyn App

In just a few taps, you’ll be able to easily replenish your Gardyn and grow what you love. Follow these simple steps to place an order.

1. Update your Gardyn app

The order feature is available in the latest version of the Gardyn app for iOS and Android. Please update the app to enable the yCube order feature.

2. Access the order menu

Open the Gardyn app and hit the menu icon on the top left of the home screen. From the side menu, tap orders. Then hit the green button, “Order yCubes.”

3. Place your yCube order

If you already purchased a Gardyn membership, you can order 10 items of your choice at no extra cost. If you would like more than 10, no problem! Each additional yCube is just $1.99. Non-members can purchase their yCubes a la carte for $4.99 per plant. Once you are done choosing your next harvest, hit GO TO CART. You can then review your order and checkout. Your order will ship out within 2 business days and as always, shipping is on us!

How to Purchase Membership in Gardyn App

1. Access your Gardyn Profile

Open the Gardyn app and hit the menu icon on the top left of the home screen. From the side menu, tap “My Profile”.

2. Choose Your Membership Plan

In My Profile, select Membership from the bottom of the screen. You will then see you current Membership status. To add a membership, tap ADD MEMBERSHIP. You will then see the three different plan options. Tap your selection and hit CONTINUE.

3. Add your Payment Details

Next, fill out your payment information. For month-to-month memberships, this is the credit card that will be used for renewals. Once complete, hit SAVE. Hit the Back in the upper left to return to the Order screen.

4. Add Billing Address

From the order screen, click Billing Address and fill in the required information. Hit the back button to return to the order screen.

5. Review Order

Once you have completed your billing and/or shipping information, please review your order details to ensure everything is correct. Once you have reviewed, hit SUBMIT ORDER.

How to Activate Your Membership Purchase in Gardyn App

1. Access your Gardyn Profile

Open the Gardyn app and hit the menu icon on the top left of the home screen. From the side menu, tap “My Profile”.

2. Access the Membership Screen

In My Profile, select Membership from the bottom of the screen. Then click the green button, ADD MEMBERSHIP to access the membership screen.

3. Add Your Activation Code

Because you are already a member, select the last option “I prepaid my membership and have an activation code.”

Then add your personal Order ID which can be found in your confirmation order email sent at time of purchase. It will start with a D followed by a string of numbers. 

4. Confirm Your Membership

Once you have added your activation code, click CONTINUE. A pop-up window will appear confirming it was correct. You can then double check your membership and its expiration date under the “My Profile” screen.
